Shoe Inserts
Many back problems can be linked to underlying weakness in the arches of the feet and/or weak, damaged ankles. Here at Clinig Corff Ystwyth we we recognise this important link and will often recommend that our patients wear shoe inserts (insoles or orthotics) that can help provide support to the feet and ankles ensuring that the rest of the body is properly aligned.

At the moment, our favoured orthotic is ‘Superfeet’. Superfeet are available at the clinic and Dr. Piper provides a free fitting service to all patients to ensure they are receiving the insert that is best for them.
