Pilates
Pilates is an effective floorwork based exercise that can help alleviate and prevent back pain and postural problems for life.
You will be taught a selection of exercises to tone and strengthen your entire body with particular concentration on the abdominal and back ‘core’ region, leading to enhanced balance, mobility and flexibility.

Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, sessions are taught one to one by Lesley Hughes, graduate of the Pilates Institute (London) to advanced level instructor with distinction. Lesley also has a specialist qualification in pre and post natal exercises.
