What to Expect Before your treatment can begin you will be fully assessed and examined to provide you with an accurate diagnosis of your problem

The nature of your problem will be explained to you so that you can make a fully informed decision about committing to chiropractic care. Any questions you may have will be answered before you continue with any treatment.

If you are in need of a referral to your GP or any other health care professional (rather than chiropractic treatment) then your chiropractor is qualified and experienced to do this and to help you make these arrangements.

Should you need X-rays prior to your treatment commencing then Clinig Corff Ystwyth has an arrangement with the Radiology Department at Bronglais General Hospital, whereby you may be referred directly to the department. A private referral costs from £51 and is payable directly to Bronglais. Private MRI referrals are also possible should they be required.

Your first visit lasts up to an hour and usually includes your first treatment and some advice about how you may respond to an adjustment, how you can help yourself between visits and also when to return for your next appointment.
